The product samples, coupons and sample-related information are provided on "as is," basis. Sampy makes offers no warranties of any kind with respect to the samples, coupons, promotions offered on this site by other brands / clients. The user / member expressly acknowledges (i) there are no warranties made regarding the samples, coupons and promotional offers on this website, (ii) as a service to users / members of this website Sampy may include links to other websites that Sampy has no control over and makes no representations of any kind regarding the samples, business practices, content on other websites and the user / member hereby irrevocably waives any claim against Sampy with respect to such websites.
Sampy or any of its directors, employees, agents, or other representatives will not be liable for damages, claims, expenses or other costs (including without limitation legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any hyperlinked website. SAMPLES AVAILABILITY
Samples are offered to users / members based on the product targeting or matching criteria and on first-comes, first-served basis. Not all samples are available to all members. Sampy cannot guarantee the availability of samples all users of the sites or members. Sampy reserves the right to limit sample quantities and to correct errors or omissions prior to processing an order. Without limiting the generality of any other terms and conditions on this website, Sampy does not accept liability for any errors or omissions which may be found on this website or for unavailability of any samples.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sampy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity (including negligent or wrongful conduct) related to your use of this website.

DENIAL AND CANCELLATION OF SAMPLING ORDERS
Sampy reserves the right to deny and cancel any sampling order or request anytime after placement, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Orders may be denied and cancelled in whole, or in part for any of the following reasons:
REVIEWS
Sampy does not influence, support or deny the product reviews and ratings by its users / members and assumes no responsibility or liability for any content posted by this website users / members. Sampy reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit reviews. If you do post a review on this website or Sampy social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, you grant Sampy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews throughout the world in any media. Sampy reserves the right not to post any review at our sole discretion.
SAMPY CONTEST RULES
Eligibility
Any contests, draw or sweepstake offered by Sampy is open to legal residents of Canada. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Sampy and, where applicable, the Sponsor of contest, draw or sweepstakes ("Sponsor"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and the immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter
The user of this site / member must fill out the appropriate entry form or follow contest directions in full to be eligible.
By entering the contest, the entrant consents to the release of his/her name. The Entrant declares to have complied with the Contest Rules. Further, the winner must conform to all directions given by the Contest organizers or his/her participation in the Contest will be denied.
Prize
The prize is neither refundable nor transferable and cannot be extended. Note that any and all applicable taxes and issuance fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and no cash equivalent is available. Sampy and contest sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prizes with another prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Qualification
A random draw will be executed by Sampy or contest sponsor for the prize from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date. A selected entrant who has not filled all the mandatory fields will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Sampy shall be entitled to select a new name from the qualified entrants. Prize winners will be emailed or phoned and may be required to complete and return a release form in order to redeem their prize. Return of email notification as undeliverable after 2 attempts or return of mailed prize as undeliverable will result in forfeit of prize. By entering this contest the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Terms of Use.
Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.
Abusers of the entry policy will be disqualified or restricted at contest sponsor's discretion.
Limitations of Liability
If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, Sampy or Contest Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In no event shall contest entities be responsible hereunder for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages.
