Sampy offers free products samples to you to try and make smart buying decisions. At the time of joining Sampy.io, you fill in a simple profile form. Samples that match your profile are shown to you to choose from. You select the ones you want; click the Get Samples button and you are set to get the sample/s, delivered free via mail.
What types of samples do you have?

We offer a variety of samples of new and popular brands. The samples range includes, but not limited to, home cleaning products, health and supplements, packaged food, personal care, baby products and pet foods. These will always be offered free to you.
When are the samples available?

Samples are available throughout the year. If you have registered, completed your profile and subscribed to receive emails from Sampy, we will inform you through emails, as and when we have samples that match your profile.
How often can I request samples?

You can request one sample per offer; however, you can request as many times as the samples that match your profile are offered.
How many samples are available?

Samples are available on first-come-first-served basis, until stocks last. One sample per household is offered.
Do I need to pay to get the free samples?

No, the samples are offered and delivered free of charge. All you do is sign up, fill up the profile information, request the samples that match your profile and we will deliver it to you via mail for free.
Do I have to fill out a profile?

Yes, it helps us understand your likes and dislikes, your shopping habits and preferences to match the samples with your profile.
How do I change my address?

You will be able to update your address after you log-in.
Why do you ask what products I use?

Based on your product preferences and usage, Sampy algorithm matches & show you the samples that you are more likely to try and enjoy.
How are the samples dispatched?

The samples are dispatched through mail, packed in envelop or a box to ensure these arrive in your mailbox damage-free.
How long it takes for samples to arrive?

It can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for your sample package to reach you.
Will you share or sell my email/address?

Your email and contact details are secure with us. We take great precautions to ensure your privacy. You will only be contacted if you have provided us with an authorization to do so. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

Why was I not offered any samples?

We may not have samples that match your profile at the time of your registration or login. We add samples frequently and will notify you by email when there are samples that match your profile.
Why do some people get more samples?

This depends on several factors, including the profile questions you answer. Also, a member with a complete profile has a greater chance of getting more samples. If your profile is incomplete, please answer all questions to complete your profile and see more samples that match your profile.

Is your facility Allergy Free?

No, our fulfilment facility has various products from different manufacturers and brands. We cannot guarantee that the samples you have ordered are free from allergens.
